Behind every service and every special attention we give you, there is a man or a talented woman, passionate about the human adventure that he lives through the success of your Holidays. For Roberto, our Management Assistant, this means optimizing the overall operation of the Hotel-Restaurant le Calavita; Beatrice, our Reception Manager, expresses her passion for hospitality and puts her rigor and positivism every day at the service of the success of your stay; it forms a duet all smoothly with Maeva, our young Receptionist who will be able to put his versatility at the service of all your needs. In the dining room, at the bar or on the terrace, Paul-Rodolphe and Nicolas will use their sense of service to professionally accompany all your meal breaks and your moments of relaxation …

It’s Walter, a chef who has been cooking for 6 years, who took control of the kitchen of our restaurant. And for him Cooking is more than a passion, it’s life! Simple products worked with high standards, “homemade”, gourmet plates, clean and colorful … This is the definition he gives of a respectful kitchen products and customers! He manages his cuisine with passion and good humor to transmit in each of your plates all the essence of the products that he assembles, transforms and seasons with talent.
